For designs that contain white, you must use a white or glow disc. Your disc is the canvas, and we cannot dye a color that is lighter than the disc itself.

Black Dye: You can use a black dye on any color disc. While some of our previews show a specific background color, you have the freedom to choose any disc you like.

Other Dye Colors: For all other dye colors, you must use a white, glow, or bright-colored disc. Remember that dye is translucent, and for it to show up, the color you dye with must be darker than the disc's color. For example, a red dye will look great on a yellow disc, but a light blue dye won't show up on a dark green disc.
